BACK PANEL ELEMENT MANUFACTURING METHOD AND MANUFACTURING MATERIAL

The present invention provides a back panel element manufacturing method and manufacturing material. The manufacturing method includes the following steps: step 1, providing raw materials including one or multiple of paper, bamboo and wood; step 2, smashing and pulping the raw materials into slurry; step 3, adding functional auxiliaries in the slurry, the functional auxiliaries including one or multiple of waterproof agent for water proofing, flame-retardant for flame retarding, curing agent for quickening curing, colloid for improving flexibility, glass fibers for improving rigidity and strength, metal powder for improving heat dissipation and reflection auxiliary for improving reflectivity; step 4, subjecting the slurry to adsorption molding by a mould on a molding machine; and step 5, drying and shaping to obtain back panel elements. By means of the back panel element manufacturing method of the present invention, one or multiple of paper, bamboo and wood are used as raw materials and different types of the functional auxiliaries are added for forming the back panel elements meeting different performance requirements. The operations are simple, manufacturing cost is low, and environmental protection is assured.
