Plate for a system to produce and collect bee honey, made of injected plastic material in a single piece, with juxtaposed honeycombs (2) on both its surfaces and which communicate with each other through their bottoms (3). The plate (1) is initially coated with a thin layer of bee wax or, in other construction option, it is pulverized in the continuous channel (2b) along the angled edges (2a) of the honeycomb 92) walls. After the honeycombs (2) are filled out with honey and sealed by the bees (A), the plate (1) is taken without risk of break to the industry where it suffers the action of the rods (5) of a specific tool (4)for perforation and initial drainage of the referred honeycombs (2). The drainage is completed in the centrifuge that will, using the system under discussion, rotate only in one direction and in high speed, without the possibility of breaking the plate (1), thus ensuring the facilitated removal of the product which is stored in tanks for the following industrial stages. |
