The invention relates to the field of the pharmaceutical industry and to medicine. The problem addressed by the present invention is that of producing an effective pharmaceutical composition having antimicrobial and bacteriostatic action. The problem is solved in that the pharmaceutical composition comprises a sulphacetamide preparation and differs from the prior art in that it additionally comprises mineral substances: potassium and zinc. Furthermore, some of the 12C carbon isotopes in the pharmaceutical composition are substituted by 13C carbon isotopes. The technical results of the invention consist in increasing the speed at which the medicinal effect is achieved, increasing the medicinal effect without increasing the concentration of sulphacetamide, and increasing the stability over the shelf life.
