PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately recognize an input instruction to a device corresponding to a finger motion.SOLUTION: An information processing device comprises: detection means that detects a hand existing in a predetermined detection range, and outputs detection data corresponding to the detected hand; origin setting means that sets an origin interlocking with movement of a predetermined feature position in the detected hand on the basis of the detection data; coordinate calculation means that calculates the coordinate of at least one finger of the hand on the basis of the detection data; and determination means that determines an instruction to a device on the basis of a relative positional relationship between the calculated coordinate and the origin.
