PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light quantity adjusting method of a print head capable of improving the quality of an output image.SOLUTION: A light quantity adjusting method of a print head includes: a first transfer step of forming a latent image on a photosensitive drum by lighting a plurality of LED elements arranged in a Y-axis direction, developing the latent image and transferring a developed first image on recording paper; a second transfer step of performing bias development on the photosensitive drum and transferring a second image which is developed by bias development on the recording paper; a step of acquiring first brightness information on each pixel column of the first image; a step of acquiring second brightness information on each pixel column of the second image; and a step of adjusting the light quantity of light emission of the plurality of LED elements in such a manner that brightness change with respect to the Y-axis direction of the image formed by using the print head is reduced, based on the first and the second brightness information.
