This cleaning sheet (1) comprises a hydrophilic fiber aggregate (11) and hydrophobic fiber aggregates (12) disposed on both surfaces thereof. In the cleaning sheet (1), the fibers (14) configuring the hydrophobic fiber aggregates (12) are entwined with each other and also penetrate into the inside of the hydrophilic fiber aggregate (11) and are entwined with the fibers (13) configuring the hydrophilic fiber aggregate (11). The cleaning sheet (1) is formed in a three-dimensionally uneven shape such that both surfaces have multiple protrusions (2) and multiple depressions (3). Protrusions (2) formed on one surface form depressions (3) on the other surface and protrusions (2) formed on the latter surface form depressions (3) on the former surface. The cleaning sheet (1) has linear joint sections (15) in which the hydrophilic fiber aggregate (11) is secured to the hydrophobic fiber aggregates (12).
