A vehicle-side transmitter is arranged to send a wake-up signal to a loading station side receiving device. The loading station side receiving device is comprised of several sensors for accepting the signals from the vehicle side existing parking distance control device. The signals sent with the activation of the parking control device of the sensors are received as wake-up signal used for the loading station. The signal transmitters of the parking assist are used for transmitting further information to the loading station.
