PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely seal an end face of a hollow structure.SOLUTION: A plate material 22 attached with resin sheets on both sides of a resin core having a hollow structure is set between a first mold 2 and a second mold 6. A product part of a hollow structure 100 is molded by heating the set plate material 22, and pressing while vacuuming at least on one side of the first mold 2 and the second mold 6. At this point, a thin wall fusion part 38 is molded at an outer peripheral side of a product part by fusing the resin sheets 48 at both sides of the plate material 22. A blade part 36 is provided for the first mold 2, and an end treatment of the hollow structure 100 is done by cutting the fusion part 38 by this blade part 36. |
