PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power control device that can dynamically switch between power supplied from a battery for generating power by itself and power supplied from a power unit for supplying power received from an external power supply to another component.SOLUTION: The power control device (2) includes: conversion means (22) for converting a voltage value of power supplied from the battery (3) for generating power by itself to a voltage value of power supplied from a power unit (4) for supplying power received from an external power supply to another component; switching means (21) for switching between supplying the power converted by the conversion means (22) to an electronic apparatus (1) and supplying the power supplied from the power unit (4) to the electronic apparatus (1); and control means (24) for controlling the switching means (21) to switch the power supplied to the electronic apparatus (1).
