PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique to enhance user friendliness for using information.SOLUTION: A first acquisition part 210 acquires a piece of subjective information made by a user. A second acquisition part 214 acquires a piece of positional information at the timing the subjective information is acquired. A communication control section 230 enables the transmission of a combination of the acquired positional information and the acquired subjective information to a server, and enables the reception of a data reflecting a piece of objective information generated by tallying plural pieces of subjective information for each link including the positional information and representing a road segment between a node which is a point defined on the road and another node neighboring the node from the server. A notification control section 232 enables the notification of the objective information to the user.
