The connector (1) has projections (41-44) engaged behind recesses at housings of installation switching devices in a mounted state. Wedge shaped auxiliary projections (4-7) are formed with a front surface (8) that is turned towards front ends (35, 36) of a base body (34) and a wedge bevel (9) running into an outer surface of the projections. The front surface of the auxiliary projections is mounted on a portion of the outer surface of the projections by forming a passage (10), where the portion is turned towards the front end of the base body.
