<p>Provided is an adhesive tape or sheet having a silicone-based adhesive layer on at least one surface of a substrate made of a silicone resin sheet, and having excellent hand tearing properties and processability. This adhesive tape or sheet has a silicone-based adhesive layer on one surface or both surfaces of a substrate made of a silicone resin sheet, has a tensile elongation rate in the range of 5 to 15%, and has a tensile break strength in the range of 5.0 to 20.0 N/mm2. The silicone resin sheet is preferably formed from a silicone resin composition having a cross-linked structure in which colloidal silica fine particles dispersed in a silicone oligomer are cross-linked by chemical bonds to the silicone oligomer.</p> |
