PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device in which a relay switch is not turned on/off even when the operation mode of the image forming device transitions between a normal mode and a power-saving mode, thereby allowing shortening of the life of the relay switch to be suppressed.SOLUTION: An image forming device includes: a relay switch 200; a normal mode power supply that supplies voltage to a terminal 300 in a normal mode; a power-saving mode power supply that supplies voltage to a terminal 302 in a power-saving mode; and a wired-OR circuit 100 that supplies an ON voltage which brings the relay switch 200 into an ON state, to a relay coil 204. The wired-OR circuit 100, in the normal mode, supplies the ON voltage from the normal mode power supply; and in the power-saving mode, supplies the ON voltage from the power-saving mode power supply. Thus, even when the operation mode of the image forming device transitions between the normal mode and power-saving mode, the relay switch is not turned on/off. |
