PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit a mobile communication terminal which is subject to communication restriction to temporarily perform communication, and to prevent unintended communication.SOLUTION: When the mobile communication terminal is an object for communication restriction, an exchange station being a service area node refers to an APN corresponding to a subscriber number in subscriber information and transfers positioning information to a service providing device of the APN. The service area node transfers the positioning information to the APN corresponding to the subscriber number in the subscriber information without any consideration of the APN included in a communication request transmitted from the mobile communication terminal. |
