PURPOSE: A separation membrane for water treatment and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to enhance water permeability by having strong hydrophilicity and to drastically enhance staining resistance by generating steric hindrance between various particles in raw water and film surface. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of separation membrane for water treatment comprises the following steps: obtaining hollow fiber by using a dope solution which includes fluorine-contained polymer and hydrophilic polymer; and heat-treating the obtained hollow fiber inside the hydrophilic solvent. The separation membrane for water treatment comprises a porous film including fluorine-containing polymer and a plurality of protrusions in a fluff form which is formed on the surface of porous film. The hydrophilic polymer is one or more selected from a group consisting of polyvinyl pyrrolidone, polyethylene glycol, polyoxazoline polyvinyl alcohol and polyacrylamide. |
