PURPOSE: A microarray and a kit for diagnosing cat eye syndrome are provided to digitize a ratio value of a dyeing difference between a sample with a normal gene copy number and a sample which is suspected to have cat eye syndrome. CONSTITUTION: A microarray for diagnosing cat eye syndrome contains one or more kinds of genome DNA fragments, 20-100bp oligonucleotide, 100bp-10kbp DNA, and one more probes. The oligonucleotide is continuously arranged in the genome DNA fragments. The cDNA is selected from a group consisting of complements of the genome DNA fragments, oligonucleotide, and cDNA. The probe has a single locus in chromosome. |
