PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid bed reactor capable of properly determining maintenance timing of a combustion chamber by ascertaining a wear amount of an inner wall surface of the combustion chamber during operation.SOLUTION: A fluid bed reactor 10 includes: a combustion chamber 11 for burning supplied fuel; a probe 41 for acquiring concentration of CI forming granulous salt in exhaust generated from the combustion chamber 11; a calculation part for calculating estimated wear loss of the combustion chamber 11 based on the concentration acquired by the probe 41; and a determination part for determining that the combustion chamber 11 reaches maintenance timing when the estimated wear loss reaches a threshold by comparing the estimated wear loss calculated by the calculation part with the predetermined threshold.
