PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: an aqueous composite resin composition capable of forming a coating film excellent in coating film appearance, adhesiveness to a substrate, surface hardness, solvent resistance, crack resistance, weatherability, contamination resistance and substrate followability, by one-pack curing specification of excellent workability; a coating agent using the composition; and an article having a coated film of the coating agent.SOLUTION: An aqueous composite resin composition to be used includes: a composite resin (A) in which polyurethane (a1) having a hydrophilic group and a vinyl polymer (a2) are linked via a polysiloxane (a3); and an aqueous medium, where the mass proportion of the structure derived from the polysiloxane (a3) in the composite resin (A) is in a range of 15-55 mass%, and the polysiloxane (a3) has an epoxy group. |
