PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soil discharge device capable of separating drilled sediment including boulder drilled by a cutter head of a large-bore shield drilling machine into the boulder and the drilled sediment including small-diameter gravel during a time when carried, and then discharging them separately.SOLUTION: The drilled sediment including the boulder drilled by a cutter head 2 is charged from a ribbon screw 12 through a gate chamber 17 of a first gate 16 into a classification chamber 20. The boulder is received by and held on between two boulder discharge screws 25, 25 provided on the bottom of the classification chamber 20 and arranged side by side while the small-diameter gravel and the drilled sediment are passed between the boulder discharge screws 25, 25 and carried out by a screw feeder 50. After the first gate 16 is closed and the drilled sediment remaining in the classification chamber 20 is discharged to the side of the screw feeder 50, a second date 27 is opened and the screws 25 are rotated so that the boulder on the boulder discharge screws 25 is discharged from a boulder discharge port 24 to the outside. |
