PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transformer cooling device which effectively radiates heat generated from a transformer, and to provide a transformer assembly including the transformer cooling device.SOLUTION: A transformer cooling device includes: a first plate 30 to which a transformer including magnetic members 110, 120 and a coil 140 is fastened; a second plate 50 disposed at the one side of the first plate 30 so as to be separated from the first plate 30; and a cooling water passage 190 defined between the first plate 30 and the second plate 50 and in which cooling water flows. The first plate 30 includes protruding parts 35a, 35b protruding from one surface of the first plate and contacting with the magnetic members 110, 120. |
