PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel refrigerator capable of reducing as much as possible heat leakage to the outside through a door of the refrigerator.SOLUTION: A vacuum heat insulating material 40 having a planar part 40a and a bending part 40b is embedded in a hard urethane foam 18a constructing a door 18 in such a manner that the bending part 40b is positioned at a guide projection part 38 formed at the door 18 and the planar part 40a is positioned at a planar part of the door 18. The planar part of the vacuum heat insulation material whose heat insulation performance is higher than the hard urethane foam is disposed at the planar part of the door while the bending part is bent to a guide projection part side. Thus transfer of heat from the inside of the door to the outside of the door is suppressed, and transfer of the heat from a packing part to the outside between the door and a box body 24 through the guide projection part is suppressed as well, for reducing as much as possible the heat leakage form the door to the outside of the refrigerator. |
