<p>Provided is a gas sensor control device capable of appropriately detecting the H2O gas concentration in a measurement subject gas. A gas sensor control device (3) is provided with: a first current detection means (pump current detection circuit (36)) for detecting a first pump current flowing across second electrodes (19, 20) in a state in which a specified gas supply condition has occurred, the temperature of a sensor unit (10f) has reached a first target temperature, and the voltage across first electrodes (21, 22) has reached a first target voltage; a second current detection means (pump current detection circuit (36)) for detecting a second pump current flowing across the second electrodes (19, 20) in a state in which the specified gas supply condition has occurred, the temperature of the sensor unit (10f) has reached a second target temperature, and the voltage across the first electrodes (21, 22) has reached a second target voltage; and an H2O gas concentration detection means (microcomputer (9)) for detecting the H2O gas concentration in the measurement subject gas on the basis of the first pump current and the second pump current.</p> |
