The method involves forming inner and outer circulating shoulders (2, 3) at inner and outer walls of a ceramic heat pipe (1), respectively. A metallic connecting piece (4) with a lengthened filling aperture (6) in form of a small tube is inserted into the inner shoulder. The pipe is filled with a working medium through the filling aperture. The medium is vaporized in a bottom part of the pipe. The filling aperture is squeezed, and a ceramic protective cap (9) i.e. stopper, is set on the outer shoulder or on the inner shoulder. The cap or the stopper is fixed.
