PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an electronic component from coming off to the outside of a storage space through an opening.SOLUTION: A grounding device comprises: a circuit that grounds a contact member contacting a recording medium on which an image is transferred to a reference potential; an electronic component that is provided in the circuit, and has an electronic component body and terminals; a grounding device body that has a storage space storing the electronic component body; and an opening that is formed on the grounding device body, through which the terminals protrude to the outside of the storage space, and has the size through which the electronic component body cannot pass. |
