PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display a stereoscopic overlap image to be overlapped with a stereoscopic image so as to be present on a nearer side compared with a stereoscopic image concerning an image signal processing device.SOLUTION: An image signal processing device 1 includes a stereoscopic image parallax detection unit 2, an overlap image parallax setting unit 3, an overlap image parallax giving unit 4, and an image signal synthesis processing unit 5. The stereoscopic image parallax detection unit 2 detects a parallax (a stereoscopic image parallax) in a stereoscopic image from a left-eye stereoscopic image signal and a right-eye stereoscopic image signal. The overlap image parallax setting unit 3 sets a parallax (an overlap image parallax) in a stereoscopic overlap image to be overlapped with a stereoscopic image to have a parallax larger than that of a stereoscopic image parallax. The overlap image parallax giving unit 4 generates a left-eye overlap image signal and a right-eye overlap image signal from an overlap image signal to obtain the set overlap image parallax. The image signal synthesis processing unit 5 generates a left-eye synthetic image signal obtained by synthesizing a left-eye stereoscopic image signal with the left-eye overlap image signal and a right-eye synthetic image signal obtained by synthesizing a right-eye stereoscopic image signal with the right-eye overlap image signal. |
