PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-loss, small-size, and inexpensive configuration capable of evenly charging each power-storage element in a charging circuit that charges a plurality of power-storage elements connected in series.SOLUTION: A charging circuit is provided with a charging circuit section for charging a voltage generated between first and second terminals N1 and N2. The charging circuit section includes: first and second power-storage elements 15-1 and 15-2 that are directly connected in series; and switch sections 51, 52, 53, and 54 that are capable of switching open and closed states of a first current path L1 connecting the first terminal N1 and a high-potential-side electrode of the first power-storage element 15-1, a second current path L2 connecting the second terminal N2 and a low-potential-side electrode of the first power-storage element 15-1, a third current path L3 connecting the first terminal N1 and a high-potential-side terminal of the second power-storage element 15-2, and a fourth current path L4 connecting the second terminal N2 and a low-potential-side electrode of the second power-storage element 15-2. |
