PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate necessity of metal joining technology such as welding in a construction of a turbine diaphragm.SOLUTION: An outer ring segment 16 has engagement means 161, 162, 165, 166; and the engagement means mechanically engage with complementary engagement means on neighboring outer ring segments in an annular array of blade units; and the engagement means act so as to interlock the neighboring outer ring segments and to produce a self-supporting turbine diaphragm. The engagement means on the outer ring segment 16 of each blade unit 12 includes hooking means 161, 165 on both sides 163, 164 facing in a circumferential direction of the outer ring segment; the hooking means engages with complementary means on the neighboring outer ring segment in a neighboring blade unit; and the hooking means is directed to maintain an axial position of each blade unit with respect to the neighboring blade unit. |
