PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing rice husk ash which is effective as a fertilizer for farm products and is easy to visually discriminate, without time and labor.SOLUTION: A method for producing rice husk ash for carbonizing and then incinerating rice husks filled inside an oven 100, which is provided with an air introduction part 130 for naturally sending air on a bottom side, is provided with a chimney 400 for naturally exhausting smoke on a top side, and is stationarily arranged, includes: a process of layer-sequentially carbonizing the rice husks from the top layer on the bottom side toward a lower layer and turning them to fumigated charcoal while keeping an air sending condition by the air introduction part 130 and an air exhausting condition by the chimney 400 fixed; and a process of, after the bottom layer of the rice husks is carbonized, layer-sequentially incinerating the fumigated charcoal from the bottom layer toward an upper layer while keeping the air sending condition by the air introduction part and the air exhausting condition by the chimney fixed. |
