PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metallic member coupling structure capable of performing high-strength and high-precision coupling.SOLUTION: There is provided a metallic member coupling structure for coupling a metallic first member 11 and a metallic second member 12 which are different in hardness. A shaft end 14 of the first member 11 is loosely inserted into a shaft hole 20 with a step 21 provided in the second member 12 until the shaft end abuts against the step 21 to allow the shaft end 14 of the first member 11 to be pressed against the step 21. Then, by allowing one of the first and second members 11, 12 that is lower in hardness to be made to plastically flow in the shaft hole 20, and a frictional force between the shaft hole 20 and the shaft end 14 is increased, thus coupling the first and second members 11, 12 to each other. |
