摘要 <p>A positive electrode material CN/LixMyM'z(RO4)n, wherein the mass of a carbonitride compound, as the coating or doping material of the LixMyM'Z(RO4)n type compound, is 0.1-30% of the CN/LixMyM'z(RO4)n; M is more than one of the elements Sc, Ti, V, Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu and Zn; M' is more than one of Mg, Ca, Al and Zn; and R is S, P or Si. The synthesis method of the positive electrode material comprises: mixing, and pyrolysis reaction under high temperature. Compared to prior art, using the carbonitride compound as coating or doping material can improve the conductivity of the electrode material, thus the conductivity is superior to that of the electrode material coated or doped with carbon material.</p>
