PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic component attachment module which has excellent insulation quality and an electric power conversion apparatus.SOLUTION: An electronic component attachment module includes: an attachment member; a pressing member; and a fastening member. The attachment member includes a component housing frame housing an electronic component, which generates heat during the operation, with at least a part of a side surface of the electronic component contacting therewith and holding the electronic component so that a main heat radiation surface of the electronic component is exposed to the heat sink side. The pressing member is attached to the attachment member and concurrently presses the attachment member and the electronic component to the heat sink side through a heat radiation layer. The fastening member presses the pressing member to the heat sink side and pressure-bonds the component housing frame and the electronic component to the heat radiation layer. |
