PURPOSE: A fiber reinforced plastics (FRP) tube sleeper filled with concrete and a manufacturing method of the same are provided to lower production costs by behaving as a complete composite body and simplifying a production process and to improve structural performance by the composite action of an FRP tube and concrete and confining effects. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of an FRP tube sleeper filled with concrete comprises the following steps: forming a tube made of FRP materials (P10); forming a sleeper by filling concrete into the tube (P20); and forming a waveform curved part in the lower part of the tube.
