PURPOSE: An electrolytic polishing apparatus is provided to efficiently fix an object to be polished and to easily polish the inside surface of the object to be polished. CONSTITUTION: An electrolytic polishing apparatus comprises an electrolytic bath (110), a water tank (120), a pump (150), an electrode member, and a current controller (180). The electrolytic bath has one side which has an inlet into which an electrolyte flows and the other side through which the electrolyte is discharged. The water tank stores the electrolyte which is discharged from the electrolytic bath. The pump pumps the electrolyte which is stored in the water tank to be injected through the inlet into the electrolytic bath. The electrode member is faced with the object to be polished.
