The present invention relates to a cosmetic apparatus and, more particularly, to a complex cosmetic apparatus in which vibration and air pressure are generated, comprising: a main body with a detachable unit on one end thereof; a vibrating unit installed in the main body to generate vibration; a control unit controlling operations of the vibration unit; a cosmetic unit having multiple air vents on one side thereof and capable of being detached from the detachable unit; and a vibrating plate arranged between the main body and the cosmetic unit to be installed on one side of the main body and vibrated by the vibrating unit. The apparatus is characterized in that the main body vibrates when the vibrating unit vibrates, and air pressure is generated between the cosmetic unit and the vibrating plate when the vibrating plate is vibrated by the vibrating unit such that air flows in or out through the air vents. Accordingly, scalp or skin massage, cleansing and make-up can be done, and vibrating or air massage becomes possible by spraying or sucking air so as to effectively remove foreign substances by blowing or sucking the foreign substances attached to the skin. |
