PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packing method of a cushioning body, by which reduction of the volume of the cushioning body stored in a non-air-permeable bag can be performed efficiently and the reduction state can be maintained more certainly. SOLUTION: A suction mouth 4 with a check-valve 5 and an opening 7 with a fastener 3 to store the cushioning body 6 are provided on the non-air-permeable bag 2. When two or more cushioning bodies 6 are stored in the bag 2, the surface sides 6a of the cushioning bodies 6 are opposed to each other and the cushioning bodies 6 are arranged so that a non-woven fabric 10 on the back surface of a cushioning body 6 is located at a position facing the suction mouth 4. After the volume of the cushioning bodies 6 is contracted by compression, the fastener 3 is closed and gas in the bag 2 is sucked to make negative pressure in the bag 2 and the contracted state of the cushioning bodies 6 are maintained.
