Disclosed is a seawater desalination and salt manufacturing system using the waste heat of combustion gas. The system of the present invention is a facility using the waste heat discharged from a thermal power plant or a combined cycle power plant, and comprises: an evaporation tank generating salt by evaporating fed seawater using a heat source which is the combustion gas discharged from the thermal power plant or the combined cycle power plant; and a combustion gas pipe installed at the bottom part of the evaporation tank, and in which the combustion gas heat-exchanges with the seawater.
