PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chip-like solid electrolytic capacitor which is made compact and large in capacity, and satisfies contrary demands for low ESR and low ESL at the same time. SOLUTION: The chip-like solid electrolytic capacitor (10a) is constituted by sealing a plurality of capacitor elements (1), each having two poplar parts of an anode and a cathode, with a resin, and include two first electrodes (5) disposed at a prescribed interval and one second electrode (6) disposed between the first electrodes (5). The paired two capacitor elements (1a, 1b) are disposed having their anodes alternately about their cathodes, the anodes being connected to the mutually different first electrodes (5) and the cathodes being connected to the second electrode (6) and further connected to the first electrodes (5) on the sides where the anodes of their capacitors are not connected through an insulating masking portion (7).
