PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair decoloring agent or a hair dye which has excellent adhesion to the hair to precisely and easily apply it to hair bottom or hairline, and evenly and easily apply and spread it from the bottom to the tip at the portion that a user cannot confirm himself such as an occipital region so that levelness of dyeing of the whole hairs is excellent.SOLUTION: A cosmetic for hair decolorization or hair dyeing includes a mixture comprising a first agent containing an alkali agent in which viscosity is 20-100 Pa s, and a second agent containing a hydrogen peroxide in which viscosity is 20-100 Pa s or less. The mixture contains the following components (A)-(C): (A) a polymer containing a diallyl quaternary ammonium salt as a constituting unit and of which charge density is 4.0-8.0 meq/g; (B) a sulfate anionic surfactant; and (C) a N-acylamino acid salt, a N-acyl-N-alkylamino acid or an alkyl ether carboxylate, wherein mass ratio [(B)+(C)]/(A) is 1.0-5.0.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
