A method for an application based mobile advertisement service and an apparatus applied to the method are disclosed. The method for an application based mobile advertisement comprises: an application providing step for configuring, by an application providing device, an application corresponding to a terminal device based on personal information transferred from the terminal device, and providing the application for the terminal device; an advertisement obtaining step for executing, by the terminal device, the application, which is configured based on the personal information, as accessing a designated service, and obtaining the advertisement content corresponding to the personal information; an information extracting step for extracting, by the terminal device from the obtained advertisement content, an advertisement image and an advertisement voice synchronized with the advertisement image; and a content executing step for displaying the advertisement image and replaying the advertisement voice on a service screen corresponding to the service access during the service waiting time. Therefore, advertisement content can be efficiently providing by utilizing a service waiting time.
