The present invention relates to a heat insulating chamber and a manufacturing method thereof. The heat insulating chamber comprises: a storage tank for storing fluid; a heat insulating material for surrounding the surface of the storage tank; a fluid pipe formed at the storage tank; a bracket formed at the storage tank; and a fluid pipe protecting unit. The storage tank is fixed to a frame by using the bracket. The heat insulating materials are filled between the surface of the storage tank and the inner surface of the frame. The pipe protecting unit can seal the fluid pipe from the heat insulating materials.
