An image display device and a memory management method of the same are disclosed. According to the examples of the present invention, data loss can be minimized and additional memory can be secured by unloading the currently-loaded web pages based on a unloading priority assigned to a user's importance when a memory is low with multiple pages loaded. Also, providing a user with a convenient web surfing experience as well as improving the efficiency of a web browser become possible by notifying the user that a memory is about to be out due to multiple web pages in action and providing the user with the assigned unloading priority in order to allow the user to selectively unload the pages.
