PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a meta-aramid porous membrane is provided to control size of pores according to air spray time, and to manufacture the meta-aramid porous membrane with excellent heat resistance. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a meta-aramid porous membrane comprises a step of forming a polymer film by spreading a polymer solution that a meth-aramid polymer is dissolved in polar solvent, onto a support; a step of spraying moisturizing air onto the polymer film, and forming pores in the upper layer of the polymer film; a step of impregnating a polymer film with pores into a solidification bath, and conduct solidification; and a step of heat-treating the membrane of the support. The moisturizing air maintains temperature of 20-60°C and relative humidity of 80-95%. |
