Disclosed is an electrolysis ballast water treatment apparatus treating the ballast water effectively by comprising an oxidant tank. The embodiment of the present invention comprises: an inhalation pump inducing seawater; a first control valve distributing the sweater supplied by the inhalation pump; an electrolysis apparatus producing an oxidant by inducing first sweater distributed in a first direction from the first control valve; an oxidant tank storing the oxidant supplied by the electrolysis apparatus; a ballast tank storing second seawater distributed and induced from the first control valve in a second direction; an oxidant control valve guiding the oxidant from the oxidant tank to the ballast tank; and a control unit. The control unit controls the oxidant control valve by measuring flux and pollution level of the ballast tank.
