PURPOSE: A reversible fluorescence photoswitch for high-contrast imaging based on a dendrimer nanocluster structure crosslinked by photochromic compounds is provided to improve detection sensitivity and to ensure high safety. CONSTITUTION: A reversible fluorescence photoswitch for high-contrast imaging based on dendrimer nanocluster structure crosslinked by photochromic compounds has a plurality dendrimers surrounding a dendrimer at the center. Each dendrimer is connected to the end of adjacent drimers by one or more crosslinking agent. The photochromic material is an azobenzene derivative, spiropyran derivative, diarylethene derivative, or fulgide derivative. The dendrimer is polyamidoamine(PAMAM) dendrimer, polylysine dendrimer, polypropylene imine(PPI) dendrimer, polyester dendrimer, polyglutamic acid dendrimer, polyaspartic acid dendrimer, or polymelamin dendrimer. |
