The present invention relates to a roasting plate used in grilling meat such as beef or pork. The roasting plate of the present invention comprises a lower heating plate having multiple first ribs formed at intervals, and a long oil receiving groove formed on the first rib; and an upper heating plate having multiple second ribs on which meat is placed, formed at intervals and mounted on the lower heating plate, wherein the second rib is positioned in the same direction to the first rib, and positioned to be separated from the first rib in the perpendicular direction to the first rib when the upper heating plate is mounted on the lower heating plate. |
