The present invention relates to a turner for cooking pan fried delicacies, and more particularly to cook pan-fried dish such as fried egg, zucchini jeon, sanjeok. The present invention of turner (100) comprises turner plate (110) which forms an oil draining hole (111) in the longitudinal direction alongside of the oil draining hole in order to drain oil; a handle (130) in which the one side of the turner plate (110) is connected to the lower side; a grip (120) which is connected to fix the lower side of the grip to the upper side of the handle (130). A protruding part (150) of 5-10 mm is formed in the lower back side of the grip (120) and lower side of the upper part of the turner plate (110) in which the handle (130) of the turner (100) is connected. |
