PURPOSE: A semiconductor package classification device is provided to quickly classify semiconductor packages personalized from semiconductor strips. CONSTITUTION: A semiconductor package classification device (100) includes a first palette table (100), a second palette table (118), a normal product tray (16), an abnormal product tray (18), and a transfer module. The first or the second palette table separately loads semiconductor packages. The normal product tray is placed between the first and the second palette tables and loads only semiconductor packages determined as normal products. The abnormal tray is placed on a side of the first or the second palette table and loads only semiconductor packages determined as abnormal products. The transfer module loads the semiconductor packages into the normal or the abnormal product tray. |
