PURPOSE: An advanced height gauge is provided to enable to measure height in a wide range by varying a movement section of a measuring scale when the height of a measurement object is out of a measurable range of the measuring scale. CONSTITUTION: An advanced height gauge comprises a first slider(120), a measuring scale(160), and a height adjusting module. The first slider is moved up and down along a main scale installed perpendicularly on a base. The measuring scale measures the height of a measurement object. The height adjusting module is installed on a front end of a jaw(122) of the first slider, thereby moving the measuring scale in a vertical direction. |
