The present invention relates to a method for building ultra high performance tires and, specifically, to the method for building ultra high performance tires which is capable of accurately attaching to setting locations when a semi-finished tire is wound during ultra high performance tire (UHPT) building and promoting uniformity improvement of side wall turn up and enhancing quality of the tire which is built by vertical uniformity improvement. For the above characteristics, the present invention, which is the method for building tires which builds green tires in a belt building drum of a carcas building drum when manufacturing the UHPT, comprises: a winding step in which an inner liner (2) and side walls (3) are wound at the same in the carcas building drum (1); an attachment step in which tapes are attached to the upper part of the side wallls (3); a winding step which winds carcass (5) around the inner liner (2); a bead setting step which sets beads (6) on the carcass (5); a first turn up step which turns up the side walls (3), carcass (5) and inner liner (2) using turn up bladders (7) based on the beads (6); a removal step which removes the tapes (4) from the side wheels (3); a combination step which combines a tread (9), in which a belt (8) completed in a belt building drum is built, with a semi-finished green tire in the carcas building drum (1); and an attachment step which attaches the side walls (3) to the semi-finished green tire in which the tread (9) is combined using second turn up of the turn up bladder (7) and a stitcher (10); and a finishing step which completes building of the green tire. |
