The present invention relates to a manufacturing method for anion-exchange membranes. The method shows high ion exchange capacity and ion conductivity by providing anion-exchange membranes wherein a graft monomer including separated radicals is grafted by the irradiation of radiation and divinylbenzene is cross-linked and can be used for manufacturing anion-exchange membranes having improved dimensional stability, fuel cells using the same, and reverse osmosis membranes.
